PepsiCo Potato Chip Line Expansion (2015)
In 2015, TJ SINGH CONSTRUCTION led the PepsiCo Potato Chip Line Expansion, an $8.2 million capital project involving the installation of a new high-capacity production line for a leading national snack brand. This remains our largest project to date. We delivered it on schedule, with zero safety incidents, and improved material efficiency for the client. Our successful execution earned us the prestigious Golden Kurkure Award.
Ammonia Chiller Capital Project
More recently, we completed a $5.8 million Ammonia Chiller Capital Project for a high-volume production facility. This complex undertaking involved everything from design review through commissioning, all executed without disrupting daily operations. This required meticulous risk-mitigation planning and cross-utility troubleshooting to ensure continuous client production, demonstrating our ability to manage critical upgrades in active facilities.
Nestlé Toronto facility upgrades
We've delivered two major upgrades for Nestlé's Toronto operations, both completed on active facilities with zero disruption to production. These include a $1.9 million KitKat packaging line upgrade, enhancing efficiency and capacity, and a $1.4 million full roof replacement, ensuring the long-term integrity of their facility. These projects highlight our expertise in managing critical infrastructure improvements for major manufacturers.
Brampton basement transformation
On the residential side, one of our favourite projects involved transforming a client's basement in Brampton into a fully functional and stylish living space. This project showcased our ability to blend precision craftsmanship with client vision, delivering a beautiful and valuable addition to their home that perfectly met their needs for comfort and functionality.

Our expertise truly shines in managing complex, high-stakes builds on live, active facilities without disrupting operations. We specialize in refrigeration systems, HVAC, roofing, and equipment installations for food and manufacturing plants, and we're committed to growing in these areas. We are also eager to take on more commercial food-service projects, such as restaurant buildouts, cloud kitchens, and commercial kitchen installations, leveraging our understanding of their unique demands from ventilation to walk-in coolers. On the residential front, while we'll always deliver quality home renovations, our real strength lies in projects combining precision, safety, and scale, like legal basement apartments or multi-million dollar residential developments.
